Louise joined The Dales School in the summer of 2022, following a varied career working within local government and construction. Working at The Dales School means Louise can have a good work life balance whilst continuing to broaden her career achieving job satisfaction.
Sophie joined The Dales School in 2022. She is a busy Mother so has now gained a good work life balance as well gaining high job satisfaction. She has a background of reception and admin work within different industries and has brought these skills forward into this role. She looks forward to progressing these skills further.
Bill has worked at The Dales School since 2010. Prior to this he was a professional driver with a class 1 PSV and class 1 HGV licence.
Emma joined The Dales School in 2020 and is based at Blythdale site.
Family Partnership Manager
Glynis began her career as a Business Secretary and started work at The Dales School in 2000 as the Admin Manager. She realised that a huge part of this role was supporting and working with families. Her passion for this, along with additional training, has helped create the strong and dedicated Family Partnership Team we now have at The Dales School. Glynis is also a DSL, part of the safeguarding team, and sits on the Governing body as Staff
Karina started her career at The Dales School in 2007 as a Clerical Assistant and soon became Office Manager. She completed a Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration in 2011.
Karina is responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment and any HR related issues.
Financial Resources Manager
Lee has a Level 3 BTEC in Business and Administration, he joined The Dales School in 2013. He now supports the work of the office and the school as a whole in its day-to-day operations but has particular responsibility for managing the school finances, including the school budget and Free School Meals.
