Glynis began her career as a Business Secretary and started work at The Dales School 21 years ago as the Admin Manager. She realised that a huge part of this role was supporting and working with families. Her passion for this, along with additional training, has helped create the strong and dedicated Family Support Team we now have at The Dales School.

Glynis is also a DSL, part of the safeguarding team, and sits on the Governing body.

Office Manager

Karina started her career at The Dales school in 2007 as a Clerical Assistant and soon became Office Manager. She completed a NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration in 2011.

Karina is responsible for the management of a very strong and dedicated Admin Team.    Also, she is responsible for overseeing school budgets, and managing all aspects of recruitment and any HR related issues.

Lee has a Level 3 BTEC in Business and Administration, he joined The Dales School in 2013. He now supports the work of the office and the school as a whole in it’s day-to-day operations but has particular responsibility for managing the schools finances, including the school budget and Free School Meals.

Neil joined The Dales School in 2015 after a career in Central Government. His role includes administration of the Teaching School, supporting staff with EHCP reviews, updating the website, liaising with parents and other general office duties.

Tracy Henderson

Family Support Co-ordinator

Tracy has a BTEC in Speech and Language Therapy and an NVQ as a Teaching assistant.  After many years working with children with SEN in the community, Tracy moved to The Dales in 2010.
Tracy currently works as a Family Support Co-ordinator at The Dales. This role includes supporting children and their families with referrals to, and co-ordinating with, other professionals. Supporting, enabling and providing training to parents and supporting children in their transitions into and out of school.
Tracy recently completed Deputy Safeguarding Lead Training to support the Safeguarding Team in school.
